  • Class A Dedicated second shift Driver - 4:00 pm Start Hourly, Monday through Friday on Dedicated Route reporting to Lebanon OH. Occasional Saturday work on rotating schedule.
  • Class A Driver - 4:00 pm Start, Hourly, Thursday through Monday.
  • Billing Specialist- Accounting - POSITION SUMMARY: The Billing Specialist is responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files. Will be required to effectively interact with individuals at all levels in the organization, as well as with Customers regarding billing inquiries. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Billing Truckload, Courier and LTL(less than Truckload) customers • Collect and submit required documentation (when appropriate) to support invoices • Systematic uploading of invoices to third party payer web sites • Issue special billings as required • Provide support in the collection of invoice payments • Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Required: o High School Diploma or equivalent o Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy o Experience handling confidential and sensitive information o Process driven with ability to multi task o Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team • Required: o Minimum 1-2 years of related experience • Preferred: o Associates degree in related field o Experience working with Accounting and Payroll systems o Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) o Knowledge of TMW, Xcelerator PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.   • Accounting Manager - POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounting department including general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all regulatory filings. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Preparing, reviewing, and approving journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure month end reporting is performed accurately and timely • Ownership of the Month-end close process; review preliminary financial statements with CFO and company President • Providing financial and operational month-end and ad-hoc reporting • Leading and managing accounting team. Cross train team to ensure continuity of work flow during absences. • Supervise and direct Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting functions • Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, and coordinating collections of accounts receivables • Create, and revise as required, process documentation on all areas of responsibilities. • Lead and develop direct reports; establish performance goals and objectives as well as an environment of accountability • Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Required: o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field o Solid understanding of accounting processes and procedures o Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy o Experience handling confidential and sensitive information o Process driven with ability to multi task o Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team • Required: o Minimum 5 year’s related Accounting experience o Experience working with Accounting, Payroll and Banking systems • Preferred: o Prior experience with Great Plains Accounting system o Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
